Welcoming a newborn into the world can truly be a time for celebration because with each new birth A Star is Born.... Conway Medical Center Foundation and Conway Medical Center Auxiliary share in the joy of each new life. For over seven decades, Conway Medical Center has been the birthplace of tens of thousands of babies in our community, and we have shared in the joy and celebration of welcoming new life.

Special Recognition
A STAR IS BORN at Conway Medical Center offers you the opportunity to celebrate a birth by recognizing a special newborn in a very special way.

Through the efforts of Conway Medical Center Foundation and the Conway Medical Center Auxiliary, a painted mural has been established in recognition of babies born at Conway Medical Center throughout the years.

Parents, grandparents, friends and relatives may celebrate the birth of a child born at Conway Medical Center by having a star in the mural engraved with the child's name and date of birth and permanently added to this painting in his/her honor.

Adults as well as newborns may join the family of stars born at Conway Medical Center by having a special star created in honor of their birth.

You may create a star to recognize a special birth by making a tax-deductible donation of $50.00 or more to the Conway Medical Center Foundation. All contributions from this program will directly enhance the level of health care provided in the Nursery, Labor and Delivery, and Pediatrics units at Conway Medical Center.

Your love and generosity will be immediately acknowledged. The parents of the newborn or the adult being honored will receive a card from the Conway Medical Center Foundation informing them that a star has been added to the mural in their honor.

Walk to Remember Those who lose an infant or child often feel the need to do something special in their memory. The Memorial Garden offers a way to give lasting tribute by having a child's name permanently etched on a granite stone.

With your gift of $35.00 or more, your child's name will be deeply etched on the Memorial Granite Stone, which has been placed in the beautiful courtyard garden area adjacent to the hospital's Patient Services Entrance. The garden is visited often and cherished as a place for quiet reflection, serenity and remembrance.

A Special Way To Honor A Beloved Family Member Or Friend. You are invited to pay special tribute to a beloved family member or friend through 'Gifts of Remembrance.' By commemorating a special event, celebrating a recovery, or acknowledging a death, you honor in a lasting way both the individual and life itself. Each gift helps Conway Medical Center maintain the high standards of medical treatment and care so essential to the well being of our community.
